Pawiva – Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Pawiva (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Service Description
Pawiva is a mobile application that allows users to record and track the time spent with their pets (such as walking, playing, sleeping together), view analytics over weekly, monthly, and yearly periods, and optionally share this information on social media platforms.
2. Eligibility & Use of the App
- The App is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.
- You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Your account is personal and must not be shared with third parties.
3. Data & Privacy
- Pawiva collects activity data you record within the App (e.g., walking time, playtime, sleeping time).
- Pawiva does not collect medical or health-related data (e.g., vaccinations, treatments, medical history).
- The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
- All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by Pawiva or its licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. User Content
- You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share via the App.
- By posting or sharing content, you grant Pawiva a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for operating and improving the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Pawiva does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
- Pawiva disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
The App may contain links to third-party services or platforms. Pawiva is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services.
8. Modifications
Pawiva reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective once posted within the App. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
Pawiva may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Turkey without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
