Color Bond

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Color Bond (the "App") collects, why, and the choices you have. It is published by Aydın Coşkunırmak ("we", "us", "our"), an individual developer based in Türkiye, who is the data controller for the App.

In short: Color Bond does not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos, contacts, or location. It does not show ads and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The only information sent off your device is an anonymous ID and the nickname/avatar/score you choose to show on the optional public leaderboard.

1.Information We Collect

a) Stored only on your device. Your game progress (current level), Gold balance, sound/vibration settings, and language preference are saved locally on your device using standard app storage. This information is never transmitted to us.

b) Anonymous identifier. When you first open the App, Google Firebase Authentication assigns your device a random, anonymous ID. This does not require and is not linked to your name, email address, phone number, or any other real-world identity.

c) Leaderboard information (optional feature). If you view or participate in the global leaderboard, the following is sent to and stored in our Google Cloud Firestore database, associated with your anonymous ID:

This information is publicly visible to other players on the leaderboard. Please do not enter your real name or any other personal information as your nickname.

d) Purchases (if enabled). If in-app purchases are available in your version of the App, they are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. We do not receive, see, or store your payment card number, billing address, or other payment details — the app store provider handles this directly under its own privacy policy.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, and the App does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers.

2.How We Use Information

We do not use your information for advertising, do not build behavioral or advertising profiles, and do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

3.Third-Party Service Providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) as our backend infrastructure provider to operate the leaderboard. Firebase may process data on servers located outside of your country. Google acts as our data processor for this purpose; see Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's data processing terms for details of Google's own practices.

4.Data Sharing

Other than the Firebase infrastructure described above, and disclosures required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request), we do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties.

5.Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage. Leaderboard data (nickname, avatar, score, anonymous ID) is retained until the periodic leaderboard reset described in the App, or until you request deletion as described in Section 7.

6.Children's Privacy

Color Bond is a general-audience game with no age gate, and can be used by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as a real name, email address, home address, or phone number from any user, including children. The only information linked to a device is an anonymous ID together with a nickname and avatar that the player themselves chooses.

We ask parents and guardians to help children choose a nickname that does not contain personal information, and to supervise use of the leaderboard feature. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered personal information into the App, or you would like leaderboard data associated with your child's device deleted, please contact us using the details in Section 8 and we will act on your request.

7.Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR, the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), or U.S. state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the App does not require an account, we identify your data using the anonymous ID stored on your device.

To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below. Where possible, please tell us your in-app nickname so we can locate the correct leaderboard entry. You can also simply change your nickname/avatar at any time from the Settings screen in the App, or reset your local progress by uninstalling the App.

8.International Data Transfers

Because we use Google Firebase, information associated with the leaderboard may be stored and processed on servers located in countries other than your own, including the United States, under Google's own safeguards for international data transfers.

9.Data Security

We rely on Firebase's built-in security infrastructure and access rules to protect leaderboard data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
