Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Aydın Coşkunırmak, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us", "our", "Developer"), governing your access to and use of the mobile game Color Bond (the "App" or "Game"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using Color Bond, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1.Description of the Game

Color Bond is a single-player puzzle game in which you connect and match colored tiles to paint pictures across a sequence of levels. The App includes a virtual currency ("Gold") earned by completing levels, optional purchasable boosts ("Jokers"), and an optional online leaderboard feature.

2.Eligibility

Color Bond is intended for a general audience and has no minimum age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should review these Terms together with a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for supervising your use of the App and any associated purchases made on your device.

3.License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices that you own or control. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Developer.

4.No Account Required

Color Bond does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or phone number. Your local game progress is stored on your device, and an anonymous, randomly generated identifier is used solely to support the optional leaderboard feature described in our Privacy Policy.

5.Nickname, Avatar & Leaderboard

You may choose a nickname and an emoji avatar to appear on the public leaderboard. You agree not to use a nickname that:

• contains your real name, contact details, or other personal information;
• is offensive, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate; or
• impersonates another person, the Developer, or any other entity.

We reserve the right to reset or remove any nickname, and to reset leaderboard entries, at our discretion and without notice. Leaderboard rankings are for entertainment purposes only and periodically reset (see the in-app leaderboard screen for the current reset schedule).

6.Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

"Gold" is a virtual item with no real-world monetary value. Gold cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between users or devices, or redeemed for cash. Gold is earned by completing levels and may, in future versions of the App, also be purchasable with real money through the App Store or Google Play.

Any purchase of virtual currency or other digital content is billed and processed entirely by Apple Inc. or Google LLC through their respective payment systems. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card or billing information. All purchases are subject to the refund and billing policies of the applicable app store, and — except where required otherwise by applicable law — are final and non-refundable once delivered.

We may change the availability, price, or amount of Gold granted for any purchase or level completion at any time.

7.Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law; (b) use cheats, automation tools, bots, hacks, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate the leaderboard, or generate virtual currency; (c) interfere with the operation of the App or its backend services; or (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8.Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, artwork, procedurally generated shapes and imagery, source code, sounds, and design, is owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.

9.Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to support the optional leaderboard feature. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Details of what is shared with Firebase are described in our Privacy Policy.

10.Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of the online leaderboard at any given time.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to us for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any online features of the App (including the leaderboard) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13.Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App, or any of its features, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.Apple App Store & Google Play Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and the Developer only, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to Google Play's applicable terms of service.

15.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
