This Privacy Policy explains what data the Famton app collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
We do not use any third-party SDK for advertising networks or behavioral analytics.
The data we collect is used solely to provide the app's core functionality: verifying your account, setting up your family profile, sharing your child and activity records with you and the other parent in your family, and showing you summaries/statistics.
Your data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication). Firebase protects data with industry-standard security measures. Data is retained until you delete your account.
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes with any third party other than Firebase/Google Cloud, the app's infrastructure provider. It may only be shared with authorities where legally required.
The app does not collect data directly from children; child profiles and activity records are entered and managed by the parent. Famton is not designed for direct use by children under 13.
You can access your data from within the app, and edit or delete child profiles. You can permanently delete your account and the personal data tied to it via Settings > Delete Account.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
This policy may be updated from time to time; we will try to notify you in-app of material changes.
