By downloading, creating an account on, or using the Famton app, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the app.
You sign in to the app using your phone number, verified with a one-time code sent by SMS. You confirm that the phone number you enter belongs to you and that you are responsible for the security of your account, including access to your device. A family profile is limited to at most two parents (mother/father); a second parent is added to your family by sharing the invite code you generate.
You are responsible for the accuracy of, and the decision to share, all information you enter, including child profiles (name, birth date, avatar), activity records, and any notes you add. This content should only be entered for the use of your own family, to share with the other parent in your family.
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes on the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the app's normal operation (such as abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access attempts).
We try to make Famton available as continuously as possible, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Features and content may change over time.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the app, via Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Famton is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time; we will try to notify you in-app of material changes.
For questions about these Terms of Use, you can reach us at csknrmk.aydn@icloud.com.
